Virginia isn't bad if you are in the southwest. NOVA, Richmond, and the VA Beach area are pretty strict. I think GA is nice and NC doesn't seem too bad

Virginia isn't bad if you are in the southwest. NOVA, Richmond, and the VA Beach area are pretty strict.
I think GA is nice and NC doesn't seem too bad either... what with The Dragon and all...
