One time it was the car next to me at the light, the other time the other car was two lanes over. Both times were in the 2-3AM window on a weekend night (drunks driving home timeframe around here, bars stop serving at 2), and both were on the north stretch of FM1960 in Houston, which is often full of idiots. Scary stuff.
