I hate that rear wing, but this is what Chevy is doing as well with their C8. They both want a slice of that supercar territory, utilizing their current platforms. To be fair, Ford does have a rocky history with Ferrari, and they did own them in the 60's with the GT40. The latest GT won its class in 2016 as well. They really aren't strangers to competing and beating the Euro folks at their own game.

Hell, a stock C8 is a third of the price and will probably smoke them both. And look good doing it.
