Chicken/fish/eggs are my go-to protein and I currently have to cut out red meat. On a side note, I'm really glad egg prices have come down, as I typically consume 8 eggs/day including the shell. I'm trying to aim for 2 gal. of water/day as I've increased my cardio and decreased my lift sessions and amounts.
