It's a good feeling, esp. in today's economic environment. If someone is able to close on a home in current conditions, that means they are in good financial shape (in addition to having lots of patience on actually finding a home to close on).

Ordering ammo online is PITA everywhere due to supply issues. Getting harder and harder to find.

I have thousands of dollars in reloading. Started back in 1980, and just kept adding to it. I do casting too.
