Not sure why this keeps happening, but the penalty for this is too lenient, along with other laws/violations. Because of 1 person's negligence, another person (who is completely helpless) dies and in one of the worst ways of essentially being burned to death.

Each and every time the Feds have tried to fight inflation, a recession ALWAYS followed. With Powell admittedly "not understanding inflation", highly doubt we will avoid a recession.

On a side note, a lot of people think back to the late 2000s when they hear "recession". The next expected upcoming recession shouldn't be to the likes of then (different market/circumstances).

We all know which side they are on. It's ridiculous that they want to sue states for doing their job for them because they refuse to do it. This is an extremely corrupt admin and they aren't even hiding it.
