Moved the Klipsch speakers to the floor and tilted them back 10 degrees or so (stuck pool noodles under the front bottom edge heehee). Changed to a Nakamichi 75W/chan receiver.

Changed to a Nakamichi 75W/chan receiver. The Heresys will blow you out of the room at full volume. Don't know how many watts they are rated for* but they handle the 75W with aplomb. They sound a bit on the "bright" side to me but a little tweaking of the tone controls made it more pleasant to my ears (plus moving them to the floor seemed to help with bass response).
