Since now is about the time I begin working on the menu for next years anniversary dinner for Susan. Here is the current list of ideas I will be working on and seeing what makes the cut. Debating on a 3, 5, or 7 course meal. None of these are in any particular order.
Ratatouille (vertical and horizontal slices) Onion Tarte Tatin Parmesean whipped ice cream Oysters topped with passion fruit caviar arugula spaghetti with red pepper sauce transparent raviolis sparking champagne infused roasted squash soup molecular gastronomy salmon with foam maple butter
