Or I can go out there with a bunch of Miata guys for like $500 and know that I'll get at least an hour on track but it will be with like 30-40 other cars on the track

I don't know that it is doing poorly. Maybe it is because the TMS owner offered a boat load of cash for it. Who knows. For whatever reason it was a business decision.

So, Nascar coming to COTA supposedly. Possibly being bought by the Nascar track owner who owns TMS. It's a very depressing morning....

Confirmed. NASCrap is dropping Chicagoland and Kentucky tracks and adding Road America & COTA into their schedule. Now if they would only drop their stupid 'competition yellow', I MIGHT start watching again....

Indycar doing a double header at TMS since they were squeezed out of COTA next year for Nascar. Not happy about it.

I'll have to go to the Nascar race at COTA just to keep building my brand name, but I won't be happy about it.
