Anyone out in the SoCal area wanna meet up with AmuseZ to procure some craftsquare mirrors in person and ship to me? Very likely a scam since the guy wouldn't give me his rough location in Cali and said Paypal doesn't work for him. Could only accept Chase quickpay or Venmo. Neither of which offer protections. So yea.....

I of course don't know where he is in So. Cal. but if he's close and would drop them off to me, I'd be more than happy to pay him and forward them to you.

He's about 45 miles. Ask him if he's willing to drop them off in Redondo Beach. If not, Bunk might be closer to him.

I'm just going to back out all together. Something about this just doesn't sit right with me if he can't use paypal. I'll let him jump through the hoops needed with someone else. Thanks for the assist though.

Can't say that I blame you. I did the same when the guy that was selling the Juke seats wanted to be paid by venmo

They got started on the roof today. I think I am staying in the hotel across from work tomorrow. I slept through most of it, but every once and a while some pounding made me roll over and start grumbling to myself.

Jar gave me the okie dokies and Redondo is doing me a huge favor by procuring those mirrors for me. No more janky lopsided jb-welded mirrors!!!

On a side note... anyone need a pair of jbweld mirrors?

Hey you sexy Z people.

Turns out it was the alternator giving out on me. Car died in a Wendy's parking lot as I was picking up some food; got it jumped by my roommate and only made it 50 yards before I received no throttle response and stalled out in the road.

Some nice guys helped me push the car along, but they failed to recognize the Powertrix add-on (and I failed to inform them of it), and they snapped it off by applying to much pressure while pushing the car (why push on the wing, though?). It's a bit scratched up from hitting the pavement, I'll need to take a second look once the car gets out of the shop.

It's no bother though. Alternator gets fixed up, Ill sand down the old JB Weld from last Powertrix application and attempt to re-install it (considering the wing is in acceptable condition).

Hope you all are having a good one. Take it easy, and be safe on those roads! It's raining cats 'n dogs out here in Waco.
