Drinking diet sodas now and cut out ALL fast food! And 5 bottles of water a day. Should be back to normal in 3-4 weeks.

15 lbs for someone your size is a lot, wow. This year I got smart and picked up the pace before thanksgiving, didn't gain a single pound.
