Before I punch in. I have to stand in front of a temp scanner above the time clock. My temp has to be under 100.4 before I punch in. If my temp is over 100.4, or I didn't pass the questionnaire. I have to call in and report as sick, and call my doctor.

You're getting paid for the time spent taking the at-home temp and questionnaire right?
