I need dinner recommendations for the labor day trip. Since it's a shorter drive, I'll bring all of my typical supplies. Seasonings, knife kit, specific cuts of meat, etc.

Off the top of my head. Could do sous vide steaks. Could smoke some ribs beforehand and transport. Whatever you guys want.

And since Scott has a vinyl cutter. We should definitely make decals for this one.

I think we should do something like Rusty has on the back of his ride; He has outlines of all the racetracks hes been on. maybe there could be a vinyl sticker of my driveway

I think it's that slight lean back from the whiskey wobbles that added the quarter inch of height to the measuring tape.
