Unrealistic deadlines. Understaffed. Last minute changes. Shop guys didn't send the right stuff to cover last minute changes. Sparky is a whinny D bag. He's the cause of said changes. 3 inspections on everything. The guy who they sent go do my excavation dug it 2 foott too small. Have a 5 hour trip after fixing the dig to get my skidsteer off my last site and where I need it. I have 8 bolts that need core drilled and epoxy while I'm there.
