I'z up.

Didn't sleep well last night.

Wifey threw me a curve ball last night about the bathroom remodel job. She wants to add a few new things that I didn't plan on. So, I just laid there trying to figure out on how to do it.

They see what it looks like now. And can vision what it should look like when finished. But don't know what it takes to go from A to Z, and the planning involved. Everytime a change is wanted. It's 2 steps backwards.

This is why I never have a plan to begin with. Just start the project and see where it goes. I don't want to texture and paint my living room wall (from lighting and speaker installation) and just have to rework it down the line. So in a few years when I'm ready to spend the money and do the work, I'll tear out the fireplace surround, tile the wall and add built-in cabinets on the side. Or maybe I'll do something else

Yeah... that describes virtually every project I've ever done. I cringe when my wife comes up with an idea once I'm halfway through.

Rusty, Rusty, Rusty, when will we ever learn? When the wifey says she wants X, Y, and Z, she really means she wants the whole alphabet. If she asks for an inch, be prepared to give her a foot. Okay, the last sentence totally doesn't sound right.

You guys are too easy. AFter doing, doing, and doing while I get nothing for the special project I just flat out went on strike. I am still holding my picket sign. If the wifey wants something done she better factor in the labor side of it too. I am done with that crap. I have enough stuff to take care of.
