Let me know what you get. I got a cheap three tier metal cart from HF and its OK. Not great but OK.

Quite a bit. It’s off the road in the garage. Roof doesn’t close properly and now refuses to do anything with the warning light on. Can’t open the trunk because the roof isn’t fully closed.

May have something to do with Nissan lying about you can raise the roof while moving slowly.... you can’t.

But it is clean.

I clipped a curb which caused the Side airbag curtain to deploy and ended up in the panic of hitting a crash barrier at around 5 -10 mph that caused the pop up bonnet to deploy. Have you ever experienced airbags going off? Insurance company wanted to right it off, but I’ve consulted a body shop and they said it is easily repaired if I get the parts. Expensive parts are the airbag ECUs bit you can have them reprogrammed for £90 instead of spending something like 2K.

Airbags are £40 ish so passenger seat needs repairing which I’ll do with a complete retrim. Adrian Muirhead Black Leather and vented Alcantara.

It’s a 2010 Roadster so carpets weren’t great, but now look showroom. Steam Cleaned Interior, VAX carpet cleaner and a carpet brush attachment on Dual action polisher.

Engine wise nothing wrong, but I’ve also managed to reset the lights on my Uncle’s car and will sort my Mum’s out tomorrow.... lamda sensor seems to be the issues with both

when you press the open/close button does the top move..?

if it moves which means the motor works, then it can be the problem on the sensor(s)

I had an issue like this before end up find out it's the problem of one of the sensor

If Nismo was in the house, its game on. Ted is not a happy camper with other dogs in the house.

$150 dollars later vet said Pepper might have excess acid in her stomach and infected eyes. Gave us some meds and eye drops. No treats for now until she starts eating. Poor thing.
Came home and made copy cat McDonalds fries. They tasted like the real thing...yummm

What's used to mimic them? Specific potatoes, cuts, and oil?

I went to the grocery store a little while ago and at one of our main intersections there were protestors on all 4 corners. About every car that went by honked. It was great to see people come together and protest some of the dumb stay at home orders we have.

No, but it has the warning light on and hadn’t closed properly before winter garaging it.

It did work before I shunted it.

Everyone complains about the 370 interior. With the NAV system, I quite like it. It’s snug, means I can’t get into trouble with a girl in it and for a standard sound system it’s pretty good.

I’d probably have a manual if I had a coupe, but for a roadster. The Auto makes sense and more importantly when Michelle first got in it. She said “ooh very nice, can I have a go?” Which of course I said no!. But I was considerate, she had a skirt on, it was summer so I made sure the seat was chilled for her.

I’d really like to know what a Nismo R-Tune exhaust sounds like in a Roadster. I have a 3 inch exhausts on the Z32 and it Snarls, even though turbos dampen the sounds.

Story about the Z32. I used to have a highly modified RS13 200SX in the UK. Had a race spec engine built after blowing it doing a “naughty run” with my ex girlfriend in the car, who’s father only happened to be a copper. Off the clock on a new 9 mile straight stretch of road. There was 1 other S13 and 2 Z32s there (one that is now owned by me - used to be my dad’s) they blasted past us. Whilst the engine was being rebuilt, I had a spare engine fitted that had dodgy Cam Angle sensor that used to cause it to blow flames as big as trash bins . Actually burnt all the paint off the rear of the car.

Give you an idea how much the S13 was modified. Had custom low compression JE Forged Pistons, Tomei I beam rods, a forged
Lightened and balance crank (knife edged) JUN compassion valve springs, Tomei High lift, longer duration cams. Has flowed cylinder head by a Formula 1 engine builder. It would rev to 9000 rpm happily.

The first Trust / Greddy polished front mount intercooler into the UK. Blitz Nur Spec R with custom 3 inch silenced down pipe and Cat removal. Apexi EVC with DECS.. had a full portfolio of Greddy Gauges (5) . It was running 1.5 bar on a very hybrid T28, mapped to about 320hp on 1 bar which is not bad from a 1.8 4 pot

And then the suspension came into play. Fully adjustable, with Tein Coilovers. Adjustable Track, Camber, Toe and Caster to make it handle like a go kart .

https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...adfe8bf080.jpg

Just to mention in a straight line, my
z34 is quicker

I used regular Russet, I think they use a specific type though, I cant remember which one. Canola oil, and cut to the same size as Mcdonalds fries.
Soak in cold water for 5 minutes after cutting, boil 1/2 cup Corn syrup and 1/2 cup of sugar in 12 cups of water in a pot, turn off heat when its boiling, soak cut fries in the pot for 10 minutes.

Pat dry and put fries in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Fry in oil for 2 minutes, place on a tray and allow to cool down.

Fry again for 7-9 miutes depending on crispy preference.

Would you like to know the secret ingredient to KFC seasoning? Copious amounts of MSG (mono sodium glutamate) which isn’t as bad for you as some think. It’s just Umami flavouring which works as a flavour enhancer. I do like KFC, I’d eat a bucket
Of their chicken skins if I could

Wow there was some muscle out tonight! First real summer day, 76F, sunny and the roads had all the toys out. :yum: Z got to get out of the garage and stretch her legs, turbo spooling is still such a joy to hear. She may or may not have had a few good runs when we went around the block.
