Went to the meat store today and got 10 lbs. ground chuck & 10 boneless chicken breasts with lots steaks, roasts and chops available

Just got 40 pounds of ground beef and 13 lbs of chicken yesterday from the butcher. Cow processing is up to 4 weeks out though. I have 4 growing boys, got to stay ahead because I am not out shopping every 4 days now.
