Im talking about healthy subjects. But due to Hipa laws and people fearful that may turn out positive be subjected to quarantine in a facility. Its like testing someone with HIv. Everyone is fearful there name be broadcast as carrier of the virus. Then that whole town where he/she lives will be on lock down. You think Tom Hanks name will land in the papers if he was tested in the US?
