In any other time, this would have been considered an act of war... Kind of like tossing plague-infected rats over the castle walls...

I'm with Lebron on this one. If there aren't gonna be fans in the arenas, why even bother to play the game?

Hosting events that promote large gatherings of anyone and everyone are exactly the type of event that will cause things to get worse quicker. As a sports fan that regularly attends live sporting events, I'm not opposed to large scale cancellations. Hope the IOC lets Japan host a delayed Olympics because they spent a lot of money building infrastructure to host the games during an increasingly unstable economy
