Yeah we clinicians are immune to the virus.

A couple of MDs that I personally know already died in the Philippines.

We have one confirmed, stable. IDK about our staff and masks because Ive been staying as far away from that place as possible.

Oh I heard the virus travels through air vents too. So don't breath the whole duration of your work hrs to be safe!

I would threaten to walk out if they dont allow you guys to wear masks (provided you have them in stock). You guys have leverage right now. I doubt theyll be able to fill your positions given the situation. Your guys are worth more healthy than not.

Yeah. Its common sense. Protect the people that take care of us, and at the same time minimize the risk to patients in the case a worker is infected.

Guess what we cant even check our own temperature at the nurse station.
We have to hide while checking temperature.

Actually I have no issue with this rule... as Im currently at the restroom with a nurse and we both checking our temperature!

Starting to get hot in here!

Good for them. Not having income sucks, but you definitely wont have any income if youre dead! Have you spoken to any of your PT's family members? Ask them what they think about you guys wearing PPE's.
