No customers in the building, call when you arrive, leave keys in the car, they'll come get them and sanitize the car before working on it. Same thing with pickup. No customer contact.

Anyway, no complaints. We have a new guy in QC. Overseeing his training remotely is going to be pretty tough. Reading documentation just isn't the same as having a trainer in place.
