Those are decent registration fees. My Z is usually 70-80 dollars per year. I expect my WRX to be close to the same.
Now property tax in this area is ridic. it's more than a third of my mortgage. The upside is there is a very real possibility that my property value can double in 5 years with how Austin is growing. |
