Yeah, I remember like it was yesterday when I touched pork for the first time. It felt so good, so right. I knew I probably shouldn't touch it every day, but I just couldn't stop.

Mom used to see the grease stains all around the house but she never really said anything. She would just say, “Boys will be boys...”. I remember when she and Dad got me fitted for my first pair of safety glasses so I wouldn't get it in my eyes..

Now fifty years later, and its still the first thing I pull out each day to enjoy.... to get it sizzling hot and watch it splatter.... oh gosh...
