On a good note to end the night, I was troubleshooting the P1606 code again after work. I found out that the wires that go to the VVEL relay was

On a good note to end the night, I was troubleshooting the P1606 code again after work. I found out that the wires that go to the VVEL relay was loose. The bottom of the relay box wasnt clipped in all the way and mustve allowed too much play in the harness. Snapped the bottom back in securely, tightened the relay box bracket. Code gone!
