Worse than california. When I bought the Z (from AZ), my credit union didnt send the title to the DMV. A quick call (while I was at the DMV) to the CU and a few minutes later I was registered.
BTW, they closed down the DMV offices here, hopefully you wont be stuck in limbo if they closed there. Get a N95 from work and some gloves! :ugh2:

how are you doing these days, my friend?

Honestly Im stressed because there is one active patient in the hospital and a couple of dozen of patients being R/O for covid19.

And the hospital administration forbid you to wear mask in the hospital!
Yeah we clinicians are immune to the virus.

A couple of MDs that I personally know already died in the Philippines.

Hospital administrators that envoke those rules should be forced to do daily rounds where there are patients instead of working from behind closed doors or working from home.

Oh I heard the virus travels through air vents too. So don't breath the whole duration of your work hrs to be safe!

Don’t worry We will call code 33 when you turn blue!

I would threaten to walk out if they dont allow you guys to wear masks (provided you have them in stock). You guys have leverage right now. I doubt theyll be able to fill your positions given the situation. Your guys are worth more healthy than not.

Yeah. Its common sense. Protect the people that take care of us, and at the same time minimize the risk to patients in the case a worker is infected.
But NOOOOOO... all they care about is the "appearance" of calm and poise... blah!

Guess what we cant even check our own temperature at the nurse station.
We have to hide while checking temperature.

Actually I have no issue with this rule... as Im currently at the restroom with a nurse and we both checking our temperature! :yum:

Starting to get hot in here!

Good for them. Not having income sucks, but you definitely wont have any income if youre dead! Have you spoken to any of your PT's family members? Ask them what they think about you guys wearing PPE's.

Saw a guy in Walmart wearing tank top, shorts, and flip-flops the other day. Also had on gloves and a painter's mask. Thought about coughing as he walked by :icon17:

Morning guys

Rusty 03-27-2020 08:52 AM

Inside the store. They put down red tape on the floor in a square pattern with X's on where you are to stand at the cashier registers. At the service desk and Pro desk. They put tables in front of the counters so that you can only get so close.

Been like that at the grocery stores here since Tuesday's order. Stand at the end of the conveyor belt to unload groceries from your cart, then stand at the checkout machine to conduct the transaction. The marks on the floor are cutouts of two feet like they use on elementary school floors for the kids. I think they are trying to say something :icon08:

Rusty 03-27-2020 08:57 AM

I don't know if you guys realized this or not. But we are being social engineered right now. After this is over. The habits that we are developing now. Most will stay with us. :icon14:
