18 here when I woke up - but that's expected periodically in Pennsylvania. Still, I was silently urging the truck to warm up faster on the way in to work.

I live just a mile away from work so my MR2 never even gets off the cold mark.

I miss the days of living 6/10ths of a mile from my workplace (but I do not miss living in an apartment building). Now it's almost a 60 mile round trip, which isn't bad except for how heavy Philly traffic gets.

I'll drive that any day of the week to stay out of an apartment. If I can't take a leak in my own backyard, the neighbors are too dang close.

Fully agreed. I'm a big fan of having property (albeit not as much of a fan of mowing the lawn/raking the leaves/tree maintenance).

My daily commute is around 70 miles round trip. I'm behind the wheel for a little over 4 hours.
