The architect called me yesterday regarding my proposal for one of the office high rises worried about my numbers. I've been doing this for 15 years, so I've got a pretty good idea on my expenses and income. The proposal was perfectly fine from my perspective, but to make sure they were happy I added 25% and raised my costs from $3K to $4K for my services. Whatever lol... guess I can't complain
