I feel your painus, I've been fighting gastritis off and on for the last four years. Not fun when it kicks in.

It's an inflamation and/or erosion of the stomach lining.

Symptoms for me are mostly extreme nausea. I feel like I'm going to puke 24 hours a day. But, I can get real gassy after a meal too during a mild episode.

You really need to go in for an endoscopy.
