Workout this morning was brutal. High rep super sets. Normally after each superset I circuit the house, climb the hill, keep my heart rate up. Today I opened the slider after my second set and immediately smelled skunk, strongly. That's a whole lot of nope from me!

It also means that between my first circuit of the house and what would've been my second, something got blasted (thankfully not me). My first floor was already starting to get pretty fragrant by the time I left for work.
