Made it to the Outer Banks.
 Did it in 9 hrs. One stop for gas. If I didn't need gas. My brother would have drove straight through.  My brother drives like a manic. Following him. He took me through 3 red lights.  Driving on the beach is a blast.  18 lbs in the tires, 4 Hi, sway bar disconnected, lockers locked, pedal to the metal.  Glad we had the windows up. Hi tide. One spot on the beach is narrow. Sprayed water about 50 ft in the air.  Have about 10 ft waves. There's a storm off shore.
