Would have known that I did a rain-dance while foundation was being packed down :shakes head:
Didn’t mention that I have 2/3’s of my “Empire” buried in the back acre of my property...along with 2,000-2500’ of farm fencing & post that were 10’ on center  Also pulled up all of my pine trees on the rear 3 acres & they’re down there too :happydance: So I had way more going on than just digging up & packing underneath garage & sloping off the sides & front :tiphat: |
Oh Oh Oh :vuvuzela:
3-day weekend as well  |
3:33 :ugh2:
Time for the countertop cammer to get started up & treat my pusky’s :hello: |

Got 1 persimmon tree on back acre :icon17:
It was actually the only tree that was there nearly 23yrs ago when I moved here :ugh2: May have to set up a corn feeder out back & bag me a couple deer for the freezer this fall  |
If anyone comes to visit after I get all my chit together; you can bring your “Bang-Bang” of any kind & we can pop off some rounds out back or you can sit up in a platform stand :tiphat:
I’m in the rural country & deer season is 8/15-1/1 every year, with plenty of Saturday’s that are doe dayz....so “If it’s Brown it’s Down” |

Good Sunday Morning All. Had a great visit with the in-laws yesterday and the steaks were awesome. Today is the day, taking the Chiefs over the Titans and the 49ers over the Packers. Weather today here in Austin is going to be nice with the high 60*, sunny and 0% chance of rain. Hope you all have a great Sunday and make it a safe one!!

Ribeyes in the sous vide bath and butter basted in cast iron. Roasted red potatoes with garlic and mixed veggies on the side. :yum: Fire in the fireplace and football on tv. Life is truly good. |

25 is border line but you are not going to have sustained low temps. Our cut off for blankets is 27 but we also don't normally have highs in the 40s and 50s when it gets that cold overnight. I would push for Thursday If you can get your guys there. Overcast, 55, only down to 29, some rain to help it out on Friday and good temps for the next 5 days. |
Never thought about this but do the batch plants stock NaCl that far south?
I'd add 1/2 to 1% at these temps and short days just to get on it faster. Nothing worse than trying to run a power trowel under headlights. |
