Bro... I figured they had packaged the inside securely so I was like "well, that's what outer boxes are for." And there were no rips in the weak-*** cellophane cover inside. That really sucks. Since you opened it in front of the freight company couldn't you have refused to accept it? Did you file a claim with the freight company?

Yep, they did.

I see this chit every day. Estes, and UPS Freight are the worst. I have one guy that ordered a bath tub. So far, 6 has come in damaged. waiting on #7 now.
