I just use mine for the points and pay it off at the end of the month.

In 2010 I was a groomsman at a wedding in Scotland. After that we spent another two weeks in Europe with my ex and family from the wedding. Even though she and I couldn't really afford it. Just put the whole thing on credit card. It was several years and over $1000 in interest before we paid it off

Learned a valuable lesson the hard way. Haven't carried a balance on a credit card since.

Nothing conclusive. Neurologist thinks he will develop out of the signs we are seeing but does want to visit in 6 months or so.

My ex-wife was an accountant ... and she made the call to put the trip on the CC despite my objections
