Well, it warmed up to 50F here. Time to go out in the yard and clean it up some. And I have to get the ladder out and replace a light bulb in the motion light in the backyard.

umm, im actually running in a pair of adidas.. but I gotta be careful, there's still snow and ice everywhere around here... and just like i said, im sore as hell right now... my legs hurt.

Aahhhh... I've never used Adidas for running. I have a pair of Brooks Ghost GTX for icy wet running conditions (gortex, stickier sole...). Got them when I was in Oregon. Hope you can get out again soon for another 5!

it sounds like you're an avid runner, me, I just do it to work off stress, and I like post run feeling I get, that natural high.

I run for the same reasons... I just get more chances to do it here in FLA due to the less extreme temps. However, once we get to mid-May down here, I'm going to be envying you guys up in the NE and MidWest because the whole state becomes a sauna here until mid Oct. No relief! Those 5 months totally suck down here!
