OG, I have hydro fluid seeping at the fill port breathing hole on the QJ. Is that normal?

If you mean the vent on top of the oil tank, then you have too much oil in the tank. Extract 5-6 oz

I think I need to bleed the system. I filled it to 1/2" below the top of the reservoir
