did you offer to get the hedge trimmers running for her?

Spoiler 04-11-2019 04:41 AM

Sharon said that when he calls at night, he often sings her a lullaby to fall asleep to.

My wife said that was the sign of a true romantic

No... last time we made a paste out of “Round-up” and killed it back that way...

Apparently thats how she does her bikini line too...

Spoiler 04-11-2019 04:47 AM

Probably should not be joking like this about my sister in law, I've only known Sharon since my wife and I have been married. My wife said Sharon is a nice person inside. I told my wife, it must be WAY inside... :rofl2:

I’ve never had a Foreman grill, so it never occurred to me to make bacon on it. That’s brilliant. Can you make it as crispy, or not, as you want?

God-Speed 04-11-2019 05:31 AM

No Foreman here either... we make our bacon in the oven... once a week for the whole week...

20 lbs every Saturday afternoon...

Yes, we go through a lot of bacon here, but only for a few more weeks... then she is his problem...

Bacon in the oven is nice but I hate dealing with the mess after.

Car is officially back out of storage. Felt good for the whole 2 minute ride it took to get back home. Minus the surge of rpm at idle from one of the throttle bodies needing to be reprogrammed. I'll do that this weekend with the guide from here. Otherwise, it started right up without any issues.

No more oil leaks or low oil on the dipstick?

Haven't even checked. Plan to see what the oil level is at this weekend. If it's still past full, then Idk what to expect.

Morning all! 1 day closer to Friday. Putting a deck on my house this weekend. Looking forward to having it done. My pop is coming by to give me a hand.

BettyZ 04-11-2019 07:22 AM

Good morning ladies! Just another fine 38 degree day here in the Chi. Today's agenda: work cases, make faces, and apply Adam's ceramic wheel kit to my newly-repainted wheels.

Walk the outside to get rough measurements for awhile footage, come inside and see what the finishing look like and leave. They’ll use comps to determine value for your area. Unless you are trying to take money out of the house, or worse pay the ex off for her ‘portion’, you should have enough equity to more than cover a refi.

lol no... assisted living facility in Round Rock is having their state licensure survey this week. Two to three day inspection of the facility. Yesterday they spent a lot of time in the attic checking a variety of sprinkler system elements as well as fire barrier construction.

The appraiser was here on Tuesday. Took her 15 minutes. Not my first rodeo

I use the convection function on my oven to cook bacon. In my experience it is far less mess than cooking on the stovetop. Plus it's fuckin amazeballs :yum:

I'z up.

Slept good until 4:30. Then I felt like I was on a split, rotating. I was rolling all over the bed. Get in one position. Get comfortable. Then start coughing. Then repeat. :shakes head:

Found this old snippet from Kenchan regarding oil consumption. Now I'm wondering if I should leave it or drain it down and see if it burns oil.

kenchan
cell- not sure in your case but on both my G and Z's VQ's when new, i set oil level to about 3/4 up between the two dots on the dipstick. if i fill all the way to the top dot the oil burns.. i can actually faintly smell burning oil after a drive. i dont know why this is.

anyway, on my G after about 10-12K miles i could fill to the very top without burning oil. my Z is at 8300 miles and still burns oil if i fill to the top dot... not worried though.
