Just think of all the knowledge you are getting. Pretty soon. I'll have you doing gas turbine rebuilds on GE 9FA's, and GE D11 steam turbines.

No thanks. I learned as a kid that I'll never do headers!

On the stub axles. You have to check to see if you have just bolts, or bolts with nuts.

Just about every vehicle I owned has had headers on them. :icon14: The one car. Had to pull the motor out to put the headers into the engine bay. Lower the motor down some. Then bolt the headers up. Then lower the motor again. Bolting the engine mounts up was a royal PITA. :icon14:

You left out one.
C) If your good Drivers side VLSD axle stub has threaded holes instead of bolts and nuts, you must replace it also.

Thank goodness I did because if I didn't the DSS Pro axles wouldn't fit and that stub axle will need to be replaced for the install of the DSS axles.

First day of 90 degrees this year... spent the day climbing through an unconditioned attic :shakes head:

JARblue 04-10-2019 09:57 PM

Hopefully the inspectors won't be looking at much in the attic tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath :ugh:

Yep, by my lonesome.

A good tech is worth his weight in gold. Problem is, they don't stick around for long. They get tired of the BS. Plus the lack of pay.

Do you mean appraiser? I’ve never had an inspection for a refi. I wouldn’t sweat the appraisal. They probably won’t spend 30 mins at your house. Walk the outside to get rough measurements for awhile footage, come inside and see what the finishing look like and leave. They’ll use comps to determine value for your area. Unless you are trying to take money out of the house, or worse pay the ex off for her ‘portion’, you should have enough equity to more than cover a refi.
