If you watch pornography, drop the habit, it messes you up mentally and it creates unrealistic expectations. Think about it, you're watching someone go at it and they have no idea you are there. Would you watch a couple make love through a closet? No. That's just off.

Diet change is required as well. Go to a nutritionist they will help you out big time. Are you getting enough sleep as well? Do you lift? What is your social setting like? What is your living space like?

Get the help you need through a MD and specialist as well, however, the pills given are only a temporary solution not long term. You will get through this buddy, don't you worry.
