I returned to work on 4/2/18 & was able to attend ZdayZ 2018’...my first ride back in a Z was with Hotrodz on Hellbender  But Tylenol & Advil seem to work ok on the soreness...As I’m pretty close back to full strength. Hardest thing for me to do, is getting underneath a vehicle & then getting back out & upright,like my back flexibility isn’t the same
