Got some good sleep today. I tried to stay up all night but I passed out around 2 am with xbox controller in hand. Woke up for about 15 minutes

Got some good sleep today. I tried to stay up all night but I passed out around 2 am with xbox controller in hand. Woke up for about 15 minutes and told myself I needed to get back on my normal schedule and stay up until 10am but I fell asleep again.
 Total sleep was around 11 hours. I was sore and wiped out, glad I have an office job
