Come back from vacation to a cold house. The blower on my furnace died.

Got that fixed but the heat exchanger is bad too. So now I'm pricing furnaces.

Maybe you can ask Santa for a new furnace... I guess it may depend if you were good or not most of the year...

You probably know this but remember to give him the impression you are getting multiple quotes and then after he gives you his quote pretend you are flabergasted by his number. Right before he leaves ask him again to give you his best price.

How well you can dance sometimes can garner an additional discount.
