How much do you tip your barber / haircutter?

Dude, I know your feeling - I'm AF stuck on an Army base, and it has some of the WORST people working there. There is only one I will let touch my hair, and she does a great job. I always flip her 3-5. The mere fact she takes her time to cut my hair is awesome, considering the other twits there want to do a wham bam thank you ma'am kind of job.
