I'm on ATT, so anything that primed to Verizon is useless to me. :ugh2:

Thats why I want to unlock it. So I can use it wherever, cause I do go overseas, and I don't wanna have to get another phone just for that.

My wife and I got one each yesterday. It's nice having the internet in your pocket. I made 370Z, the home page.

^^^ ive had mine for about 2 or 3 weeks.. and I love this thing. I am such an anti-fruit guy, that its nice to know there is more options than the I-phone. No complains on the phone so far, everything works great, even the camera which most said it takes 2 years to load up and zoom, works very well.

Only thing I am starting to not enjoy is the physical keyboard. I can actually type faster on the virtual than the real one. But its good to have one just in case.

2.1 really needs to come out so I can finally transfer my contact list to my car via bluetooth.

Just picked mine up today, coming from the BB Storm. So far I'm happy I made the switch. |Browser rocks and the texting is faster with less mistakes. :ughdance:

I cannot decide on which keyboard to use.
Coming from HTC, which has the best keyboards, really makes me dislike the pop out keyboard since it is sub-par. I have used the iPhone for a few years prior to HTC and got very good on a virtual keyboard...hmmm.

It took me a little while to get used to the keyboard. But, once I did, I like it quite a bit.

ordered mine today.. getting rid of the POS Motorola EVOKE....

i didnt read all 8 pages but i trust the bluetooth phone works well with the 370z NAV ( you guys have that option in the Z right) just wanted to make sure it works in the GTR like my EVOKE did

For those that don't know yet, when you pair it to the Z with Nav, your contacts don't get transferred :( Maybe with the rumored 2.1 update they will fix the bluetooth address book sync?

Who knows when 2.1 is dropping. Probably within a month or so, but who knows. I heard they ran into a snag of some sort...

got my droid today... the fedex came to the wrong door of my house and im sure knocked like half a knock... i had to track the phone down all day and finally drive about 20 miles to pick it up from fedex.... but its worth it.... i am impressed everything synced up well and its fairly easy to use... i was a little frustrated for about 10 mins because i didnt know how to remove a widget from the home screen lol ..but i figured it out.. i give it a 9 out of 10.. its a little bigger than any device ive owned but it has character for sure!!!

but let me tell you what happened to me so i go and pick up my droid and i remember i saw this commerical on TV for radioshack offering store credit for old phones... i look it up online and my evoke is worth $52!!! i never go there but i need some cordless house phones so im like let me go over there and do that. i get to the store and there is a 80 year old man working there... im in a good mood so i work with him and explain everything to him ... he has no idea whats he is doing then as im about to finally get my credit he reads a screen on his computer that says check the phone dot for water damage... so he opens it up and says i cant take this phone it has been under water... im like no it hasnt... he says the dot is RED... i look at it and of course no the ******* dot isnt red its white with RED X's as im sure you guys know... the red X's react to the moisture and turn the whole dot red.... so i try to explain this to him and he keeps on and on how its damaged...i leave the store get about halfway to the car and decide to go back...i l then pull the DROID out of my pocket and tell him i got this an hour ago..it even has the plastic on the face still and look RED X's i tell him he cant see the X's and there is another guy in there that refuses to even help me out... i say so this(Droid) is water damaged too????.... so he tells me nothing he can do and tells me he cant take it if he believes its been submerged in water and to leave the store in a very rude way... i tell him im calling radioshacks district manager first thing in the morning.. he says.. heres the phone call them now!




so yeah im getting a old dude fired tommorrow... i know that sounds bad and god knows why he is working there... i was soooooooooo friendly and patient with him too as he was hunting and pecking letters on the keyboard... but being rude to me and basically calling me a liar is BS.. no wonder they cant compete with the bigger chains....

but yea that was my day today... but hey i like the phone alot haha

Haha, nice. I got some of the soundboards - they work great during awkward silences in quiet restaurants....."Ive got ballssss of steeeeeel"

I have not gotten any of the soundboards (waiting for 2.1 so I can have a whole page dedicated to them), but I was in the app store browsing around and I swear they have every memorable character ever in movie or TV history. :D
