Regular has gone up more than $0.20 in less than one week here. It's up to 3.47/gallon for regular now.

How much extra would ir cost everyone here if the price were to go to $5.

I fill-up/use about 17 gal./week. Using about $3.25 average last year, it would mean I would be spending an EXTRA $1,500

@ $5/gal a year. That's really going to take a toll on people's daily drivers.

My favorite Chevron went to 4.09 for 91 today -- an $.18 increase since Tuesday.

I am going to start driving in the gas station backwards -- might as well save some time...

$4.08 for 91 @ Shell in San Diego. I may have to buy that Lexus ct200h I was looking at today if these prices keep going up.

Chicago has the highest price for gas this week. I saw $4.29 a gallon this morning. Average for premium is around $4.19 lately.
