Welcome to Florida and the love for Zs.
I know you already had your We Owe fulfilled, but those are pretty standard. I worked at a Nissan dealer in Johnson City, Tn for 5 years and I would say that at least one customer a week had one. A LOT of people wouldn't read the 30 day fine print and would be denied after that though. It's an easy way for the dealer to basically get extra money out of you, since the price of the things on the We Owe is usually figured into the sales price.
