Id want them way further up but I'm in for results. Mine are in the X pipe and I still rasp a little. Very annoying but I don't feel like making a 4th generation to my setup.

Doesn't look like there's a ton of people with this setup so I'm pretty excited to see what it will sound like as well.

Ya man, that's a snake that lives in the exhaust. Apparently they only come out to pop the tires on unsuspecting Hondas as they try to do a drive by!

Update:

Test pipes are finished and have arrived. I havent actually seen them yet as they were shipped to a friends house. Im not really sure when I will be able to install them, sometime in the spring. In the meantime, im going to research ways to reduce the added heat and vibration. Stumbled across an old thread here about heatwrapping the test pipes, but there are a lot more cons than pros in doing that. I considered ceramic coating and using DEI mat or Koolmat above the pipes.

Plenty of time to contemplate!
