UpRev Tune 7AT questions!

Car hasn't been dyno'd yet. Or tuned. I have all bolt on breathing mods. Test pipes (non catted) , Takeda stage 2 intake , NST pulleys (crank/altanator) , FI cat back , and run 93 octane everyday. I want to get it tuned for
1. Race map where rev limit / shift point is set to 7700 rpm, cooling fans come on sooner, etc
2. Economy tune (gas saving map)
3. Stock map
4. Valet set at 3,000rpm / 30mph
5. 2 step map for shows, ((Rev limit set to 4,000rpm timing set to "00" at 3,600 and up, fuel comp to "125" at 3,600rpm and up, fuel cut / restore set to 100-200rpm difference)) it's not a launch control and you CANNOT launch it (I KNOW THIS) but it'll cut fuel / restore fuel at the right RPMS to pop flames out the exhaust with my test pipes & exhaust.

I just wanna know if it's possible to launch the 7AT, like have a map limit at 1,500 rpm and hold it there until I switch maps and take off on my race map. And if I can have it shift quicker? I know all the other is possible. Thank you.
