Least rasp, deepest CBE paired with PPE LTH?

Did the ppe have a 3 star scavenger thing in the collector like FI? I don't have ppe but my setup is crazy raspy even with 18" resonators. Looks like

I don't have ppe but my setup is crazy raspy even with 18" resonators. Looks like 12" ones at the lth connection are in my future. Or Helmholtz resonator or side branch resonators.
