High-Flow Cat Question....

Really n00b question but.. I have been reading that High Flow cats give out an unpleasant exhaust smell. How bad is it? I know its "Illegal" for street use .

I have been reading that High Flow cats give out an unpleasant exhaust smell. How bad is it? I know its "Illegal" for street use . If its fun its more than likely illegal. I plan on doing the popular bolt ons within a few weeks. IE: Stillen Intake, High Flow Cat, & Exhaust.
