Is it only the flange that is different or also the shape of the piping at the end? If it's just the flange, it shouldn't be that hard to weld

Is it only the flange that is different or also the shape of the piping at the end? If it's just the flange, it shouldn't be that hard to weld on a 370Z one instead right?
